The IB program includes assessments which are administered in situ but then shipped to IB for evaluation. This brings a higher level of objectivity and neutrality to the IB program, and is one of the reasons it can present itself as an international standard.

Although based primarily out of Huron High School, during the 2014/2015 academic year, and possibly into the future, Andrew Smith is an Ann Arbor Pioneer High School teacher placed on assignment at Pioneer for two hours daily, and a Ann Arbor Huron High School teacher placed on assignment there for three hours daily.]
